Wow—what an incredible day of community and teamwork! Huge thanks to everyone who came out to help keep Duck Lake beautiful. It was inspiring to meet longtime residents, including a family representing three generations who’ve lived here since 1963, all pitching in at the public access cleanup. A special shoutout to EPDLA board members, the Cub Scouts and Jon Bierman, Mario from the DNR, Marilynn Torkelson from the Wild Ones, Kowalski’s Markets, Jill, and everyone else who made this day a success. We cleared 15–20 piles of invasive brush—progress we’re proud of. Let’s keep the momentum going!
